Eligibility for Refunds
Defective or Damaged Products: If your printer or accessory arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Unwanted Products: If you wish to return a printer or accessory for any other reason (such as not meeting your needs), you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Non-Refundable Items: Certain products (e.g., special order items, custom configurations, or bundled accessories) may not be eligible for refunds. Details are provided on the individual product pages.
Return Process
Contact Us:
To initiate a return or refund, please email our Customer Service team at support@hewletsprinter.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Authorization:
Once your request is received, we will evaluate it and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable. Please include this number on the return package.
Shipping the Product Back:
Use the original packaging if available, and securely package the item.
Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or damaged.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the return package without one.
Inspection and Refund Processing
Inspection:
Upon receipt, all returned items will be inspected to ensure they are in their original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
Refund Approval:
If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
If the item shows signs of damage or is missing required components, we may offer a partial refund or request additional information.
Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 2% may be applied for returns of unwanted products, unless the item arrived defective or was returned due to our error.
Exchanges
If you prefer to exchange your printer or accessory for a different model or product, please contact our Customer Service. We’ll provide you with the necessary instructions to complete the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may require the same return process outlined above.
